Registration

The family forum fee is $95 per individual or $200 per family. For early registration before April 30, the family forum fee is $85 per individual or $180 per family. A family includes two or more individuals. All attendees must pay online at the time of registration.

The registration fee includes:

  • Participation in two-day forum with leading international experts
  • Forum materials and activities, research sessions, and more (see “Forum Activities”)
  • Most forum meals
  • Celebration dinner
  • Complimentary self-park
  • Complimentary child care

Forum Activities

Note: All of the following activities are optional and complimentary with registration unless otherwise specified. 

Family Hospitality Lounge
Located in the Medinah Room, the family hospitality lounge will be available to attendees throughout the forum. Complimentary light refreshments, including coffee and tea, will be provided in the lounge.

Research Session (by appointment only)

Research opportunities will be available throughout the forum. If you are interested in learning if you or your child is eligible to participate, please contact Lisa Letourneau, research manager, at 773-702-1081 or email our research team at monogenicdiabetes@uchicago.edu.

Other Resort Activities (per resort policies)
For your fitness and recreation, the Hilton Oak Brook Hills Resort provides basketball, fitness rooms, a golf course, and indoor and outdoor pools for all its guests. However, please note that resort guests and forum attendees should supervise children directly in all swimming areas, including all indoor and outdoor pools. There is no lifeguard on duty. The University of Chicago staff, faculty, and child care providers will not be responsible for supervising children in these areas.
